Fitter Course

The NCVT-approved ITI Fitter course lasts two years (National Council for Vocational Training). Under the ITI Fitter subject list, candidates will learn about fittings such as pipe fittings, machine fittings, and structure fittings in this course.

  1. Admission Form : Rs 100/- .
  2. Library and Identity card: Rs 150/- Receivable at the time of Admission.
  3. Exam Fee Rs: 700/- for two year ,Rs 350/- for one year.
  4. Registration Fee Rs 50 /- for Electrician & Fitter.
  5. Hostel(optional): Rs 500/- per month(Excluding Fooding Expenses)
  6. Caution Money : Rs 1000/- Refundable after end of course.
  7. Dress Material : Will be intimated after the admission.
  8. Money once paid is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
  1. Candidates must submit a photocopy of self-attested age proof. (Admit card of class 10th Exam/ 10th pass certificate/ )
  2. A photocopy of Marksheet of Class 10th Exam must be self-attested.
  3. A photocopy of the Aaddhar Card must be self-attested.
  4. One passport size colour photograph.
  5. Photocopy of SC/ST/OBC certificate

Notes : –
  1. Monthly installment should be paid within 10th day of Each Month. Otherwise fine will addedd as extra.
  2. If any student timely pay his monthly installment then he will get Rs.500 discount on his last installment.
  3. If any student pay his monthly installment through NEFT/UPI then he will get Rs.500 discount on his last installment
  4. If any student fulfill both the above condition then he will get Rs.1000 discount on his last installment.
  5. Minimum age limit for ITI is 14 years

Pipe Fittings

Pipe Fittings are a Piping component that helps in changing the direction of the flow, such as elbows and tees. Changes the size of the pipe, such as reducers, and reducing tees. Connect different components such as couplings and stop the flows such as Caps.

Machine Fittings

ou will install and maintain mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and equipment. Your day-to-day tasks may include: installing pipework, valves, pumps and motors, and carrying out planned maintenance.

Structural Fittings

structural pipe fitting, also known as a slip on pipe fittingclamp or pipe clamp is used to build structures such as handrails, guardrails, and other types of pipe or tubular structure. They can also be used to build furniture and theatrical riggings.

Pneumatic & Hydraulic System

Pneumatic and hydraulic systems have many similarities. Both pneumatics and hydraulics are applications of fluid power. They each use a pump as an actuator, are controlled by valves, and use fluids to transmit mechanical energy. 

Lathe

Drill Machine

Monitors equipment and reports any deficiencies according to proper mine operating procedures. Drills are commonly used in woodworking, metalworking, construction, machine tool fabrication, construction and utility projects.
